Day 2: Gulmarg Day Trip
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Full-day excursion to Gulmarg. Visit the Biosphere Reserve and enjoy scenic views.
- Optional snow activities (skiing in winter).
- Return to Srinagar by evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Sonamarg Day Trip
- Breakfast, at the hotel.
- Drive to Sonamarg ("Golden Meadow").
- Horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier (direct payment).
- Sledge riding on snow (seasonal).
- Return to Srinagar by evening.

Payment Mode
- Advance payment Rs.17,380 Per Person at the time of booking.
- Full payment has to be clear before 30 days of departure date.
Child Policy
- For child (less than 12 yrs) without bed charges will be 75%.
- For child (less than 12 yrs) with extra bed will be charged 90%.
Cancellation Conditions
- The client must submit a written notice to Affo Holidays to cancel their booking Supporting documentation may be necessary to process cancelation requests.
- Hotel modifications or cancellations will follow the Hotel's policy.
- Flight modifications or cancellations will follow the Airline's policy.
Tour Cancelation policy
- Up to 45 days before the trip: 75% refund of the booking amount.
- Up to 30 days before the trip: 50 of the booking amount.
- Less than 30 days before the trip: No refund (as per tour operator policy).
- If the visa is rejected 45 days prior to the tour date and relevant documents are submitted, a 100% refund of the booking amount will be provided.
- If the visa is rejected within 45 days of the tour date, the standard cancelation policy mentioned above will apply.
- Affo Holidays reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Client.
